Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Zenith Performance services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Products and Services
Zenith Performance provides dietary supplement systems and related services. Products are general wellness formulations and are not intended as medical treatment. Clinical services provided through Zenith Clinical are subject to separate clinical terms.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval. You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your member dashboard. Cancellation takes effect after the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. Payment is processed at the time of order or subscription renewal. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processes.
Clinical Services
Clinical consultations are provided by independently licensed practitioners. Zenith Performance does not provide medical advice. Clinical recommendations are made by practitioners at their professional discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenith Performance shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
