Zenith Performance products are classified as general wellness formulations. They are dietary supplements manufactured in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. They are not pharmaceutical products, controlled substances, or therapeutic goods unless explicitly stated and regulated under separate clinical protocols.
No Therapeutic Claims
Zenith Performance does not make therapeutic claims about its consumer products. Descriptions of product function reference general wellness support and are not intended to suggest the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
Clinical Separation
Zenith Clinical operates as a separate entity from Zenith Performance consumer products. Clinical consultations are provided by independently licensed healthcare practitioners. Any protocols requiring practitioner oversight are clearly identified and gated behind clinical review.
Quality Standards
All products undergo third-party testing for identity, purity, strength, and composition. Certificates of analysis are available upon request. Manufacturing facilities are audited and compliant with applicable regulatory standards.
Data Handling
Health-related data collected through Zenith Clinical consultations is handled in accordance with HIPAA-equivalent privacy standards. Consumer purchase data is managed under our standard privacy policy. These data sets are stored and managed separately.
