Refunds
Our policy on returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Window
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in original, sealed packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of our products, opened or used vials cannot be returned. If you experience an issue with product quality, contact our support team within 14 days of delivery.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you wish to stop future charges, cancel your subscription before the next renewal date through your member dashboard.
Consultation Refunds
Clinical consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been conducted. Consultations cancelled more than 24 hours in advance may receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact support@zenithperformance.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions and a return authorisation number.
