FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

Common questions about Zenith precision delivery system, protocols, and clinical integration.

Products & Delivery

What is the Zenith precision delivery system?

Zenith uses a dual chamber cartridge system that keeps lyophilised peptide powder separate from diluent until activation. This preserves potency, eliminates manual reconstitution, and ensures precise dosing with each use.

How are peptides different from regular supplements?

Peptides are bioactive signalling molecules that target specific physiological pathways -- recovery, metabolism, cognition, etc. They are engineered for precision outcomes rather than general supplementation.

How are products stored and shipped?

All peptide cartridges are shipped with cold-chain handling where required. Products should be refrigerated upon receipt and used within the specified timeframe.

Protocols & Usage

What is a protocol?

A protocol is a structured peptide regimen designed around a specific objective -- such as recovery, metabolic support, or longevity. Protocols define which peptides to use, in what sequence, and for how long.

Can I customise my protocol?

Yes. After completing the assessment, you can adjust your protocol within safe parameters. The system guides you toward evidence-based combinations.

How do I know which protocol is right for me?

Complete the Zenith assessment to receive a structured protocol recommendation based on your goals, health profile, and experience level.

Clinical Integration

Is there practitioner oversight?

Zenith is actively developing a clinical integration pathway with registered Australian practitioners. This feature is planned for future release. Subscribe for updates on practitioner availability.

Do I need a prescription?

Currently, Zenith protocols are available through our direct platform. A prescription-based pathway with practitioner oversight is in development.

What is the clinical pathway roadmap?

We are building infrastructure for telehealth integration, practitioner review, and ongoing protocol monitoring. These features will be rolled out progressively as partnerships are finalised.
