Subscription Terms

They form part of, and should be read with, our Terms and Conditions. Where there is any conflict for subscription orders, these Subscription Terms prevail.
Starting a Subscription
When you start a subscription you expressly consent to recurring orders and recurring payments at the frequency and price shown at checkout. We will make this consent clear before you confirm.
Billing and Renewal
For each subscription cycle:
- we charge the payment method on file at the start of each cycle;
- we send a reminder before each renewal where required;
- prices may change with advance notice, which you may accept or decline by cancelling.
Clinical Suitability
Subscriptions for products requiring clinical review remain subject to ongoing suitability. We may pause or stop a subscription where continued supply is no longer clinically appropriate.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time:
- through your account, or by contacting us at [EMAIL];
- cancellation takes effect for the next unbilled cycle;
- an order already processed for the current cycle will still be fulfilled.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits any rights you have under United Arab Emirates consumer protection law. Returns of subscription deliveries are handled under our Returns Policy.
